Polly Rames, MS OTR/L                  President

Polly Rames, MS OTR/L President

Polly joined the Goodcare team in 2015 and has over 20 years of healthcare experience working in acute, rehab, post-acute, home health, and outpatient therapy. She has her Master of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. She is a member of AOTA, holds a position for SDBMOE on the Occupational Therapy Advisory Committee and is a member of the SD Falls Prevention Coalition. Polly enjoys traveling with her husband and three grown children, attending baseball games, and being active outdoors.

Jennifer Stewart, MS OTR/L Director of Pediatric Services

Jennifer has been providing occupational therapy for the past 18 years. She has received extensive training in strategies for interventions for working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, vision difficulties, and motor difficulties. 

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors when possible, and reading in her free time.

Renae joined Goodcare in 2015 and has more than nine years in the healthcare industry, working in home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapy. Renae has a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Des Moines University and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Renae enjoys cooking, traveling with her husband and two sons, and engaging in outdoor activities year round.

Director of Company Operations

Chelsea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from Augustana University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls. Chelsea is also a SHRM certified professional. She has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of positions, including Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility, Clinic Manager, long term care nurse and pediatric nurse. Chelsea enjoys gardening, canning, camping and other outdoor activities with her son, daughter, and husband.
